Jon’s seasoned cooking, experience and command of the kitchen includes menu planning, training and managing staff, and quality control. His career as a Sous, and Executive Chef at some of the most prestigious establishments on the east coast is impressive, including Johns Island, Grand Harbor and Interlachen Country Clubs. Sommelier certified, Chef Jon is a valuable asset to our extensive and unique wine collection here at Village Beach Market.
